Annual Street Listings Mailed to All Households

The annual street listing (often referred to as your annual census) have been mailed to every household in Pembroke. If by Friday, December 22nd you have not receive a street listing for your home, please call the Clerk's Office at 781-293-7211 for a duplicate.

Completed, signed street listings can be dropped off at the Town Clerk's Office (100 Center St, Rm 11), left in the "Ballot Box" drop box located outside of Town Hall, mailed into the Town Clerk's office or emailed directly to amcettrick@townofpembrokemass.org. Street listings with no changes to be made can also be submitted using this link: https://www.pembroke-ma.gov/town-clerk/webforms/annual-town-census-form

Failure to respond to the annual street listing will result in removal from the active voting list for the Town of Pembroke. Inactive voters will need to fill out "Affirmation of Continuous Residency" at the next election or town meeting they participate in.
