The role of the Master Plan Collaboration Committee (a subcommittee of the Planning Board) is to guide and direct the process of creating a new master plan for the Town of Pembroke. The master plan will examine issues critical to Pembroke’s future such as land use, zoning, housing, transportation, economic development, environmental protection, open space, recreation, cultural resources and infrastructure. The consulting firm VHB is also integrally involved in advancing the master plan, and will produce the final document. (Note that this committee was originally known as the Master Plan Steering Committee.)
