Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 200A, Section 9A the links to the lists below represents uncashed checks issued more than 60 days ago by the Town of Pembroke. To claim ownership of a check listed, please click here to obtain the Abandoned Check Claim Form. The completed form can be returned to the Treasurer's Office by mail, fax, in person delivery, dropbox outside of our building or by email to jgrasso@townofpembrokemass.org. Please note the Town reserves the right to require additional information if necessary to substantiate the claim. The links to view the uncashed vendor checks will be listed below when available.
