The Pembroke Clerk’s Office is proud to offer online ordering of vital records (birth, death, and marriage certificates) via CityHallSystems. It is highly recommended that you contact the clerk’s office before ordering the vital record to ensure we have the record on file.
 
To request a vital record:
  1. Go to https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection 
  2. On the left-hand side of the page, hit the “Clerk Department” drop down.
  3. Select the kind of certificate you need to obtain- Birth, Death, or Marriage.
  4. Fill in the requested information needed to process the request, then add to cart.
  5. Fill in the requested billing information. Please note there is an administration and convenience fee when ordering online. If ordered successfully, you will get a receipt emailed to you, and a copy you can print. The Clerk’s Office will receive notification of a request, fulfill the request, and forward the record to the mailing address left by the requester.
To license a dog online:
Please note, for registering a new dog for the first time, a copy of the rabies vaccination report may need to be uploaded. Please have an electronic copy of your dog’s rabies vaccination report available prior to registering.
  1. Go to https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection
  2. On the left-hand side of the page, hit the “Clerk Department” drop down
  3. Select Dog License
  4. If you have an existing profile for your dog, you can search your first and last name. Enter the information, hit “search”, any dog listed under your name will appear under “Click to enter a new pet”. If you do not have an existing profile, hit “Click to Enter a New Pet”.
  5. If you have an existing profile, click on your dog’s name. Information will load for the dog; however you may need to enter some more information before continuing forward with payment. Any information needed will be indicated with a “*“. If this is a new pet entry, fill in all the requested information and upload the dog’s rabies report under “Rabies Certification Upload”.
  6. Once all necessary information is inputted, hit “add to cart”. You will then be forwarded a page displaying all items in your cart. Hit “Proceed to Check Out” to access the billing page. Please note there is an administration and convenience fee when ordering online.
  7. If ordered successfully, you will get a receipt emailed to you, and a copy you can print. The Clerk’s Office will receive notification of a request, fulfill the request, and forward the dog license and tag to the mailing address left by the requester.
The Clerk’s Office can also process credit and debit card payments over the phone for any request or fee, relative to the Clerk’s Office. Please note there are convenience fees whenever paying a fee with a credit or debit card.
