Local Filing Fees
These fees are in addition to the fees for under M.G.L. Ch. 131 s. 40. In addition, the Conservation Commission is authorized to require the applicant to pay the costs and expenses of any expert consultant deemed necessary by the Conservation Commission to review the application or request up to a maximum of $5,000.00 for those projects not exceeding $1,000,000.00; $7,500.00 for those projects from $1,000,001.00 to $1,500,000.00 and $10,000.00 for those projects from $1,500,001.00 to $2,000,000.00.

- Permit fees are payable at the time of application and are non-refundable
- Permit fees shall be calculated by this Commission as noted below
- Town, State, County or Federal projects are exempt from these fees
- Failure to comply with this law after official notification will result in fees twice those normally assessed

All documents (OOC, COC, and all extensions) that must be recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds are assessed a $107.00 recording fee, made payable directly to the registry.
All checks should be made payable to Town of Pembroke and submitted at the time of application.
