     Craig Tarantino, PT, MS, owner of Mobility Plus Physical Therapy,  will speak to local seniors at the Pembroke COA on, "Exercising Safely with Arthritis".  Also Craig will discuss pain management, exercise protocols, wellness strategies and how to develop your own personalized Home Exercise Program to meet your needs.  Come on down, participate and ask all your questions!   Mobility Plus Physical Therapy is a premier, therapist-owned private practice that specialized in orthopedic, neurological, and pre/post-surgical injuries and conditions,  The clinic is conveniently located at 190 Rockland Street, Hanover (RT139) at the junction of RT53 and RT139.  Most insurances are accepted including Medicare.  Lunch will be sandwiches, chips and desert.  This program is free but you must sign up.
