DEMENTIA SUPPORT GROUP

WELCOME 2024!!!!!  Join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 1:30-3pm.  Our monthly Dementia Support group is continuing into 2024!  The 2nd Tuesday will be a self supported peer group.

     Your new facilitator on the 4th Friday is our Outreach Coordinator, Marie Vitale.  She comes with years of experience in the world of Dementia and Alzheimer's  She is a certified Dementia practitioner with the National Council of Certified Dementia practitioners.. Marie is looking forward to seeing you all and helping to assist you in navigating the challenges that come with being a caregiver for a loved one with dementia.  Your loved ones with memory impairment are welcome to join and gather with their peers in a separate group run by our Program Coordinator, Natalie Leary.   Bring your loved one to experience a friendly group that participates and enjoys cards, music appreciation, cornhole, walks and other events.
