Karen McCabe will be coming to have a discussion on safety in the home. As a Pembroke resident for the last 23 years, a nurse for over 16 years she has learned that most if not all people would rather stay in their home as long as they can and of course they value their independence. The medical community is not only realizing this but they are developing methods of keeping people in their home much longer.
