for a presentation given by the Harbor Health, Elder Service Plan. The program titled,
“Aging in Place with PACE”,
A Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
will provide an overview of a national model of healthcare that has
helped thousands of older adults across the country stay independent
and safe in their home setting. Come and learn how this growing
program provides quality healthcare and extensive support services
to older adults that wish to remain healthy at home and OUT of a
