Abutters to the properties listed below are being notified via US Mail that a public hearing will be held in the Pembroke Town Hall, Veteran’s Memorial Hall, Room 6, 100 Center Street, Pembroke, MA, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 7:00pm., to hear and act upon the petition of Massachusetts Electric Company/National Grid to install underground utilities, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, in the following public way or ways:

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet West of the centerline of the intersection of Juniper Lane and Edgewater Drive and continuing approximately 4,413 feet in an East direction. Install underground facilities on Edgewater Drive. Install ~4,413’ of new conduit. Install sixteen new Pull Boxes. Install one new heavy duty Handhole.

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet North of the centerline of the intersection of Juniper Lane and Edgewater Drive and continuing approximately 2,500 feet in a Northeast direction. Install underground facilities on Juniper Lane. Install ~2,500’ of new conduit. Install three new Pull Boxes.

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet West of the centerline of the intersection of Miramar Drive and Mira Mesa Drive and continuing approximately 764 feet in a Southeast direction. Install underground facilities on Mira Mesa Drive. Install ~764’ of new conduit. Install two new Pull Boxes.

Install underground facilities Miramar Drive. Install ~640’ of new conduit. Install two new Pull Boxes.
