     Did you know that The Pembroke Council on Aging is your local SNAP Partner? The Council on Aging is willing and able to help you, or your family apply for benefits. This is NOT limited just to seniors. This program is for ALL ages. Call the center to see if you qualify. Call and speak with Gretchen or Marie to make an appointment. 781-294-8220. Fuel Assistance

     The Fuel Assistance Program provides low-income households with help paying home heating bills. The Senior Center offers assistance to Pembroke seniors age 60+ in completing and submitting applications to South Shore Community Action Council.
