National Grid Underground Utility Petition, Plan# 30703943

Abutters to the properties listed below are being notified via US Mail that a public hearing will be held in the Pembroke Town Hall, Veteran’s Memorial Hall, Room 6, 100 Center Street, Pembroke, MA, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 7:00pm., to hear and act upon the petition(s) of Massachusetts Electric Company/National Grid to install underground utilities, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, in the following public way or ways:

Sunset Way - Click here to see petition and plan

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet West of the centerline of the intersection of Reservoir Road and Sunset Way and continuing approximately 4,118 feet in a North direction. Install underground facilities on Sunset Way. Install ~4,118’ of new conduit. Install seven new Pull Boxes.

Lookout Lane - Click here to see petition and plan

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet Est of the centerline of the intersection of Sunset Way and Lookout Lane and continuing approximately 464 feet in an East direction. Install underground facilities on Lookout Lane. Install ~464’ of new conduit to Pad 23.

Reservoir Road - Click here to see petition and plan

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet North of the centerline of the intersection of Washington Street and Reservoir Road and continuing approximately 1,018 feet in a Northeast direction. Install underground facilities on Reservoir Road. Install ~1,018’ of new conduit. Install three new Pull Boxes.

            Edgewater Drive – Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet East of the centerline of the intersection of Sunset Way and Edgewater Drive and continuing approximately 2,303 feet in a South direction. Install underground facilities on Edgewater Drive. Install ~2,303’ of new conduit. Install four new Pull Boxes.

            Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet North of the centerline of the intersection of Reservoir and Alden Road and continuing approximately 1,511 feet in a South direction. Install underground facilities on Alden Road. Install ~1,511 of new conduit. Install two new Pull Boxes.
