To helpt first responders in the event of an emergency involving an Autistic person such as a medical or missing person call, please click the attachement below "Autism Speaks Wandering Safety Form". This worksheet can be printed out and turned into the Pembroke Police Station. This information will help first responders with critical information when responding to an emergency.
