Governor Charles Baker has announced a vaccination distribution timeline reflecting several priorities including protecting our most vulnerable populations, maintaining the health care system capacity and addressing inequities in health care access and COVID-19 burden. The three phases list individuals in order of priority for vaccination release. Timeframes are estimated. The list of vaccination sites will be updated Tuesdays and Thursdays by 5pm. Phase One (December 2020 to February 2021) - happening now, all priority groups
Phase Two (February to March 2021) - happening now, group 1 & 2: age 75+ & age 65+ priority groups
Phase Three (Starting April 2021)
List of vaccine locations, including mass vaccinations sites and sign up instructions. Sites will be added with appointments released on a rolling basis.
 
Once the vaccine is available to the general public, public vaccines will be available on the CDC's interactive website: vaccinefinder.org. People will also be able to check with their primary care provider, local pharmacy or local health department for clinic locations.

The Town of Pembroke will not issue any permits for gatherings on town property until the COVID-19 Emergency Declarations by the state and the town are lifted.
 
To schedule an appointment for in person services, please visit this link and speak with or email the corresponding department for a time to enter the Town Hall.
 
Please note: many Permits and Certificates can be applied for online. These include Building permits, Wiring permits, Gas permits, Plumbing permits, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Licenses and Dog Licenses.
 
The Town asks that residents and businesses continue to be diligent in their efforts to avoid gatherings, maintain social distance and always wear a facial covering.
