School Committee Vacancy: Joint Meeting January 24

The Pembroke School Committee and Pembroke Select Board will jointly interview and consider the candidates who applied to serve in the Interim Vacancy on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm at North Pembroke Elementary School in the Library. This interim vacancy will run until the annual town election on May 13, 2023.


The Pembroke School Committee has an interim vacancy on the board and are accepting applications for joint appointment through Friday, January 6, 2023.

Interested persons should complete and submit a vacancy application with a letter of interest and resume to either the Town Manager's office or the Superintendent of School's office by mail or by email to: wchenard@townofpembrokemass.org or eobey@pembrokek12.org. All submissions will be shared with the two appointing boards.

The School Committee and Select Board will review submissions and then determine a process and schedule for interviews and a joint appointment to the interim vacancy that will run to the date of the next town election, or May 13, 2023.
