Reminder: call National Grid for every power outage.
Please Call National Grid directly (not police or fire): 1-800-322-3223 to report an outage.
Call 1-800-465-1212 (National Grid) to report a downed line.
They prioritize and pin down outage based on the number of reports that they receive; do NOT assume someone else has reported your power outage. The more reports that they receive on a power outage, the higher a priority your power restoration becomes.
