What are the set back guidelines for a new structure?
If you are contructing a new dwelling on your property you must first make sure that it meets the proper set back guidelines enforced by the Town of Pembroke By-Laws.
- 20 feet from the side of the property
- 25 feet from the rear of the property
- 40 feet from the street
- 10 feet from the septic tank
- 20 feet from the leaching field
