Live Entertainment License
The Pembroke Board of Selectmen issues licenses for Live Entertainment on weekdays (Monday through Saturday) under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 140 § 183A which requires businesses that have public entertainment on weekdays, not covered by another license (i.e. Automatic Amusement Device) to obtain a Live Entertainment License.
A Live Entertainment License is issued on an annual basis with an expiration date of December 31st for a fee of $150.00 for new applicants, $100.00 for renewals.
