The rate of pay for police officers working special details is $38.49 per hour, minimum four hours, plus 10% General Accounting Charge.

When 4 or more officers are involved in a detail, the senior officer will be paid at the rate of $39.49 per hour.

Add $10.00 per hour if the use of a police vehicle is required.

Any officer working a detail or road job in excess of eight (8) continuous hours in duration shall be paid at the rate of $51.32 per hour for the hours in excess of 8 hours and any officer working the road job, or any part of one, between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM shall be paid a the rate of $51.32 per hour.

Any officer working a road job on Saturday and/or Sunday and/or legal holidays shall be paid at the rate of $51.32 per hour.
