The following fees were approved by the Board of Selectmen on September 22, 2008 and become effective on October 1, 2008.
CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
$35.00 Minimum
$10.00 per $1,000 of estimated cost of construction
Estimates are computed as follows:
Residential Homes: $90 per sq. ft.
Commercial/Mixed Use Structures $80 per sq. ft.
Build out for Commercial/Mixed Use: $45 per sq. ft.
Garage: $50 per sq. ft.
Finished Basement $45 per sq. ft.
Covered Porch $40 per sq. ft.
Open Deck $35 per sq. ft.
Accessory Structures/Sheds $30 per sq. ft.
Permit Extensions $50 Fee
Re-inspection Fee $40 Fee
Others: Calculated by Building Inspector

WORKS PERFORMED WITHOUT A PERMIT WILL BE CHARGED TRIPLE THE PERMIT FEE.
