Energy Performance Contracting – met with school committee (Long Term Planning members); EC to incorporate comments and suggestions into the final RFQ. Nick and DPW Director met, and a meeting with the Commissioners is set for 3/16 at 6:45 pm. RFQ for our review at April meeting prior to release for review by Town counsel, Ed Thorne.

DOER Energy Audit Program - Ed Thorne reported that the state is in the process of reviewing our application and that we have an opportunity to add any building that was not previously included. EC added the Library. This will serve as a check and balance for Performance Contacting initiative. Reviewed Green Community qualification criteria. Pembroke has met some for the requirements and is working towards the remaining.

Demand Response Program – Displacement program for buildings with back-up generation; could be a possible revenue stream if building/ facilities meet program criteria – possible sites – Police station, Pump Stations and Schools? Will be on the meeting agenda with the DPW scheduled for next week. Alan looking at connected load for schools and generator ratings.
