New water bill Information:

As of 12/1/11, ALL WATER ARREARAGES will result in a lien placed against your real estate property tax bill in accordance with Mass. General laws Chapter 40, Section 42A through 42F, with a lien charge of $100.

Notice to all residents, June 17, 2008:
This is a friendly reminder from the DPW Water Division. As per Town By-law and the Pembroke Water Department Rules and Regulations, it is illegal to have irrigation off the Town's Water Distribution System in any manner. All irrigation must be supplied by a private well. Thank you.

By-law, section 17, article XX : water flow onto streets.
No person shall pump, pipe, or channel water in such a manner as to cause it to flow onto any street or way where it may create a hazardous traffic condition.
