Do I need to pull a permit?

If you are making any structural changes to an existing dwelling, or building a new dwelling, you will need to pull a permit. This includes but is not limited to:

• remodeling
• additions
• finishing a basement or 3 season room  
• installing a new roof, windows, or doors
• swimming pool
• deck
• shed (larger than 200 sqft) ***must meet set back guidelines

Only work completed by pulling a permit will be inspected.
