Donald Martin and Jason Martin, 58 Mayflower Road—in-law apartment over garage. Cullity stated that the in-law apartment must have its own separate septic tank in order to be Title V compliant. If there is a failure, cost of repair or replacement will be on the property owner. Jason Martin is to do the installation. He was informed he must take installers test and be licensed by the Town prior to installation.
