The meeting opened at 6:38 p.m. Lisa Cullity, Chair, Elizabeth Cytrynowski, Clerk, and Tom Driscoll, member, were present. The Board reviewed correspondence, signed payroll, septic permits and accounts payable vouchers.

Discussions:

· 84 Harvard Street—stockpiling of trash. Owner said he’d clean it up by the end of the month. The Board will take further action if not compliant.

· 8 Raymond Avenue—dumpster removed and trash picked up from the yard.

· Tom Driscoll gave update of Recycling Committee.

· CORI—BOH to meet with selectmen and Chief of Police on August 23, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

· Perc extensions—Canoe Club Lane lots. Cytrynowski moved to accept extensions; Driscoll seconded. All in favor.

· Fall Special Town Meeting articles.

· Next meeting date: September 13, 2010.

Steve Stewart, 50 Taylor Point Road—demolition permit. Demolition permit has been signed but unused. Stewart wants to incorporate current footprint with new construction. Cullity stated the current flow of 110 gpd as well as the current trenches are not compliant with Title V regulations for new construction of second story. Cullity advised Stewart that the current system will not be in code when it comes time to sell the house. She also advised that he could add a trench to bring the system into compliance. A new demolition permit was signed.

Driscoll moved to adjourn at 7:25 p.m.; Cyrtrynowski seconded. All in favor.

Respectfully submitted,

Elizabeth Cytrynowski
