BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
February 28, 2011
The meeting opened at 7:03 p.m. Tom Driscoll, Chair, Elizabeth Cytrynowski, Clerk, and Donna Bagni, member, were present. The Board reviewed correspondence, approved and signed meeting minutes and signed payroll.
Steve Rumba, engineer from Collins Engineering, appeared at the Board of Health prior to his scheduled time to sit in on the meeting between the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission regarding the installation of a tight tank and well locations at 18 Taylor Point Road. That meeting was held at Conservation Commission meeting room. Upon finishing with the Con Com, the meeting continued back in the Board of Health office at 7:50 p.m. At that time, Rumba asked if the Board of Health was in agreement with the Con Com. Bagni stated she didn’t have enough information to make a decision as to the placement of the tight tank. It was stated that the metal that was detected underground was not determined if it was a well or that it could be something else buried there. Driscoll also stated he needs more information. Cytrynowski moved to postpone decision until the next scheduled meeting, Bagni seconded. All in favor.

Green energy. Cullity stated she is working on a 20% waste reduction over the next 5 years and there could be a $150K grant to help implement the program.·
