BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
November 26, 2007
The meeting opened at 6:30 p.m. with members Lisa Cullity and Scott MacInnes present. Board reviewed correspondence, approved minutes and signed vouchers.
Robert Crowell – 167 Oak Street – variances request for septic repair:

Sieve analysis·
System to ground water reduction from 4 feet to 2 feetMacInnes moved to approve, Cullity seconded. All in favor.
Scott Shipper – 17 Ferndale Avenue – fact finding discussion only.
Wants to raise house to install foundation. Board concerned with septic leachate into basement if septic fails. Board would require a barrier membrane around the foundation area.
128 Taylor Street – variance from 150 gallons per day to 110 gallons per day. MacInnes moved to grant variance, Cullity seconded. All in favor.
MacInnes moved to adjourn at 7:30 p.m., Cullity seconded. All in favor.
