BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES

March 17, 2008

　

The meeting opened at 6:30 p.m. with members Lisa Cullity, Chair, Wilson Whittaker and Scott MacInnes present. Board reviewed correspondence, approved minutes and signed vouchers.

Jayne Linhares, Old Colony Planning Council, updated the board on the septic betterment program. MacInnes moved to set the payback rate at 2.5% for a period of 10 years and / or a rate of 5% for a period of 20 years, Whittaker seconded. All in favor.

Discussion:

· Reviewed all and chose 3 application resumes for the position of Landfill Manager to be interviewed on March 24, 2008 by the Board.

· April 14 and 28 meeting dates.

· The Board gave permission for a Cub Scout Pack 105 project -- helping out at the Recycling Center on March 30, 2008. The Scouts will also collect cans as a fund-raiser for the Pack.

· Vacation time notification by the secretary.

MacInnes moved to adjourn at 7:45 p.m. Whittaker seconded. All in favor.
